Privacy Policy — Automated Lead Pipeline Notifier

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Who we are

Automated Lead Pipeline Notifier is operated by Do Digital Marketing. This policy explains how we process personal information when you connect lead sources, retrieve lead summaries, or export buyer inquiries through our service. For privacy questions or requests, contact samar@bloggingstudio.in.

Information we process

Depending on the sources and fields you choose to connect, we process:

Only connect information you are authorized to process. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive health information in lead records.

How we use information

We use information to provide the functions you request, including retrieving leads, applying your configured filters, summarizing inquiries, and generating exports. We also use necessary operational information to maintain, secure, and support the service.

We do not sell connector data, use it for unrelated advertising, create unrelated profiles, infer sensitive characteristics, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Connected services and sharing

When you connect a source, information passes between our service and the providers you select, which may include Make.com, Pabbly Connect, or supported CRM services.

When you request information through Muse, the information needed to answer that request is returned to Muse and processed under its applicable privacy terms.

We use the following service providers to operate the connector: OpenAI Sites provides application hosting and ChatGPT account sign-in. Cloudflare provides the application runtime and D1 database used to store lead records and hashed API keys. Hostinger hosts our public website and policy pages. Make.com, Pabbly Connect, and other source platforms process information only when you choose to use them. Each provider also operates under its own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Storage and retention

Information is processed on our providers' managed infrastructure. Processing locations may vary by provider; this version does not guarantee storage in a particular country. Queries, dashboard views, and exports exclude lead records older than 30 days, including when an older date filter is requested. Older database rows may remain stored until deletion, but are inaccessible through these functions. API keys are stored as hashes; the usable key is shown only when created.

Disconnecting and deleting information

Use the dashboard access-revocation control to stop key-based access and permanently delete all active lead records for your workspace. Use “Delete all lead records” to remove those records from the active database, or contact samar@bloggingstudio.in for account or data deletion requests. We may need to verify your identity. These controls do not remove data from your original source, Muse, or downloaded exports. Provider-managed recovery copies, if any, are governed by the provider's retention processes.

Security

The service uses HTTPS, scoped ingestion and read-only keys, hashed key storage, server-side access checks, and account-specific database queries. Only authorized users or valid keys can access an account's lead records. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or restriction of processing. Contact samar@bloggingstudio.in. If a business supplied your information, we may refer your request to that business so it can verify and handle the request.

Policy changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through the account email or a notice in the application, where required. Privacy contact: Do Digital Marketing, samar@bloggingstudio.in.
